EXPERIENCE

Clemente has extensive experience in dispute resolution, focusing his practice in litigation and arbitration, constitutional litigation and consumer protection lawsuits.

He previously practiced as an associate at the law firm Abogabir Miranda (2022), as a solicitor at Artigas, Huidobro, Molina y Mosqueira (2021) and BNR Gestión Independiente de Patrimonios (2019) and intern at Alessandri Abogados (2019).
