Fernanda Aillach

EXPERIENCE

Fernanda concentrates her practice in corporate matters and especially on issues related to fintech companies, including cryptocurrency exchanges, open banking, money transmitters and digital lending platforms. She provides advice to national and international clients, focusing mainly on startups.

Previously, she worked as an intern in the Municipal Corporation for the Promotion of Economic and Productive Development of Estación Central (IDEACTIVA CENTER). In 2019 she worked as a research assistant at the Legal Innovation Lab of the UC Law School.
