HD Compliance advises legal entities from several economic sectors in strengthening their prevention models through the design and implementation of effective compliance programs, corporate integrity models, regulatory compliance and internal investigations, among other matters.

History
HD Compliance was founded in 2021 under the leadership of Rebeca Zamora and Carlos Frias, lawyers with an extensive and outstanding track record in the field.
Alliances
We have a strategic alliance with Appliance, specialists in risk management and compliance solutions through the creation of technological tools. This company, through Gaminification technology, collaborates for our clients in the development of games and didactic learning methods and E-learning, among others.
We are partners of FinteChile, an association that represents and promotes the growth of the FinTech industry in Chile.
Compliance and Corporate Integrity
We advise on due diligence processes for the evaluation of compliance and anti-corruption systems of different companies, reviewing their activities, programs, policies and controls, in order to detect and mitigate the risks of legal transmission of corporate criminal and/or administrative liability, and that may arise from events prior to a transaction.
